If that doesn’t whet your appetite you can also savour classics like Eggs Benedict or Royale with your choice of smoked back bacon or smoked salmon, brace of poached eggs, toasted English breakfast muffin, hollandaise sauce, and a Short Stack Farm herb salad. For a hearty start to your day, the ‘Full Yorkshire’ is a winner, featuring award-winning sausage, smoked back bacon, our own spiced black pudding, field mushroom, grilled tomato, fried bread, and a brace of eggs. Vegetarians can alternatively indulge in our mouthwatering Vegetarian Sausage breakfast, complete with herb tomato, fried bread, mushrooms, baked beans, beetroot pudding, and a brace of eggs.
