Our Burns Night Supper Club promises an evening of gastronomic delight, featuring a meticulously crafted 6-course menu inspired by classic Scottish favourites, thoughtfully paired with exquisite wines. Priced at just £70 per person, this is an experience that will live long in the memory – it’s a wholesome celebration of tradition, innovation, and the warmth of community.

On the evening of the 25th of January, we extend a warm invitation for you to arrive at 7pm, where our renowned hospitality will be in full swing. You’ll be greeted and ushered to your seat, setting the stage for a truly special Burns Night celebration. Here’s a look at what awaits on the carefully-crafted menu:
‘Cock-a-Leekie’ Terrine Your culinary journey begins with a taste of Scotland in the form of a ‘Cock-a-Leekie’ Terrine. This delightful dish boasts Wolds Chicken & Pancetta Terrine, ‘Thistly Cross’ Leeks, Whiskey Prunes, and a Gingerbread Crumb. To elevate the experience, we’ve paired it with Frescho from the award-winning Portuguese wine producers Howard’s Folly, a crisp and refreshing complement to the rich textures of the terrine.
‘Cullen Skink’ Next on the menu is the iconic ‘Cullen Skink,’ a velvety composition of Milk Poached Smoked Haddock, enriched with Roasted & Crispy Alliums. Maris Piper & Parsley Whip injects a burst of freshness, and the drizzle of Chive Oil brings the dish to a harmonious crescendo. Accompanied by a glass of Catena Chardonnay from Argentina, this course invites you to savour the delicate interplay of smoky and creamy notes.
‘Venison, ‘Haggis, Neeps & Tatties’ Prepare for the showstopper- Venison, ‘Haggis, Neeps & Tatties.’ Hay Roasted Venison takes centre stage, complemented by a ‘Neep & Tattie’ Pressing that pays homage to the classic Scottish dish. Poached Blackberries introduce a touch of sweetness, while Root Vegetable Crisps add a playful crunch. The ensemble is brought together with our Famous Grouse Jus, and a glass of ruby red Vistalba, Malbec Cabernet Sauvignon from Argentina elevates the experience to a bold and unforgettable level.
Connage Gouda’ For our esteemed cheese enthusiasts, the fourth course of our Burns Night Supper Club introduces the delightful Connage Gouda. The Connage Gouda, with its complex notes and velvety texture, invites diners to revel in the intricate layers of its character, showcasing the excellence of Scottish cheese craftsmanship. Served alongside a ‘Poachers Pickle’ and Toasted Bannock Bread, this course is guaranteed to tantalise your taste buds. The 10 YO Tawny Port, chosen to accompany this course, serves as the perfect companion, enhancing the experience by offering a subtle sweetness that plays in harmony with the savoury richness of the Gouda.
‘Cranachan’ Prepare to be won over by the luscious allure of our ‘Cranachan,’ a dessert that captivates the senses and brings the evening to a crescendo of sweetness. This tempting creation features a Whiskey & York Bee Honey Cheesecake, skilfully adorned with a delicate Porridge Oat Crumble that adds a satisfying crunch to each bite. The course is elevated with the crowning glory of a refreshing Raspberry Sorbet, introducing a burst of tangy vibrancy to the dessert. Paired with the opulent Pasitto Di Notto, an Italian dessert wine that weaves its magic through the layers of flavour, this is as mouth-watering as it is diverse in texture.
Slán go fóill Before calling a night on this extraordinary evening, relish the final course, ‘Slán go fóill.’ Immerse yourself in the delightful combination of Raspberry Pate de Fruit and Whiskey Dark Chocolate, concluding the evening with the choice of Tea or Coffee. It’s a sweet farewell to an event filled with culinary delights and shared moments, leaving you with memories that will linger long after the last sip.
