Building on the success of our previous Supper Clubs, our April edition promises to be an exclusive dining affair tailor-made for cheese lovers. Utilising the finest fromage from esteemed specialty food traders Harvey & Brockless, we’ve curated an exquisite six-course menu that seamlessly blends their artisanal offerings with the freshest seasonal ingredients.

First on the menu are the Sparkenhoe Red Leicester Cheese Straws, offering a delicate balance of sharpness and creaminess, paired with the luxurious richness of whipped Cod’s Roe. Following this, indulge in Truffled Maris Piper Crisps accompanied by Spenwood Ewe’s Milk Cheese & Onion Sour Cream Dip, presenting earthy truffle notes and delicate cheese flavours, perfectly complemented by the creamy dip.
Minster Mushrooms
Next in line is our tasty Minster Mushrooms course, a sumptuous blend of textures and tastes sure to tantalise your palate. Featuring Double Barrelled Lincolnshire Poacher Gnocchi enveloped in rich cheese, this dish is served alongside Wild Garlic Minster Mushrooms and Black Garlic Ketchup. ‘Cauli Cheese’

‘Philly Cheese Steak’

Sink your teeth into the succulent Roast Loin of Yorkshire Beef, perfectly paired with Jacob’s Ladder Roscoff Onion.
